Nutrition is
very important to us. But before anything else. What is Nutrition? For me it is
the process of eating the right kind of food, so you can grow properly and be
healthy. How about Disaster or Calamity? For me again, it is a very bad event.
It has many examples, just like earthquake, typhoon, etc.
For my
insight, this program is good. Using this program you can encourage others to
eat healthy foods. Just like me I'd realize that a healthy body is important to
me. This it gives me energy to do important things. And so that, if the
disaster comes I have an energy enough to prepare for this kind of Calamity or
Disaster.
Eating healthy
vegetables and fruits is very important to us, especially for those children.
If you eat this, you are not easy to get sick.
